Still procrastinating? Let's talk about it…
Have you been putting something off since January?
Same here. Let me confess, I started the year with big plans to exercise twice a week. By the time May rolled around, I realised… “Umm, Ife, those early morning walks never actually happened.”

Winter mornings and outdoor workouts? Not realistic for me. But I did a little reset and thought, “Hey, indoor gyms exist, right?”
So I went hunting. I found a group fitness class I loved… but it was miles away. The gym near my house? Intimidating. I didn’t even know how to use half the equipment and I kept telling myself, “What if I’m working out the wrong muscles?”
Excuses, excuses.
But let’s be honest: we all do this. We postpone important-but-not-urgent things.
Like that report without a deadline.
That December exam you haven’t started prepping for.
The book you meant to read.
Even the nudge God gave you to start that Teens Club.

We delay not because it doesn’t matter, but because it doesn’t scream for our attention (in some instances).
But here’s the truth: the best time to do it won’t announce itself.
You’ve got to choose it.
You’ve got to choose it.
Discipline and intentionality are the secret sauce.
Struggling with procrastination too?
I’ve created a free cheat sheet to help you get started on the stuff you’ve been avoiding.

I also made a quick reel about something called productive procrastination — yes, it’s real.
Maybe you’re not lazy.
Maybe you just need support and a plan.

Let’s stop procrastinating on what matters.
